This mobile application is specifically developed for nurses and members of the care team to enable efficient communication with physicians and other healthcare providers whenever necessary.

PerfectServe® offers a sophisticated solution for clinical communications. This integrated system is designed to connect physicians, nurses, and other care team members across both inpatient and outpatient settings, promoting communication-driven workflows that facilitate timely collaboration in patient care.

• The ability to view your patients and communicate with their dynamic care team in real-time.
• Receiving and responding to nurse call requests as well as alerts and alarms from integrated patient monitoring systems.
• An intelligent algorithm powered by Dynamic Intelligent Routing® that automatically identifies and connects you to the right physician at any given moment, managing group workflow rules, call schedules, and personalized notification profiles.
• Automatic connections to nurses and other care team members such as respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and more.
• Secure messaging capabilities with escalating fail-safe notifications and message read receipts.
• The ability to initiate phone calls directly to any care team member.
